Dave Griffith built the current version of Snoring Hound in 2002. Sporting a 32‘x22’ live room, 2 iso rooms, and 18‘x24’ control room the studio has more than enough space to deliver great sounds.

David has been a professional musician for 40 continuous years, performing with greats such as the late Vassar Clemens, Micheal Martin Murphey, also the late Gene Clark and Mike Clarke, (from ‘The Byrds’), Canada’s KD Lang, Mark Konig , Ian Tyson, Camron Molloy and many others. Regionally known for his work with Montana artists, Rob Quist, Jack Gladstone, Andre Floyd, Big Daddy and John Dunnigan, David has made multiple albums with them.

David was educated through his public school band, when it was still being offered, to the Navy Band school in Norfolk, Virginia, then to OCE in Oregon. David is an experienced arranger and composer, working with and scoring for string quartets and full symphony orchestras.


Jeff started studying audio when he was a young 18 years old and just out of high school. He fell in love with it, took some classes in college, studied, practiced, recorded music etc. He worked with a film company in South Africa for two years, helped start a kids DVD series and cut his teeth working at the Alley Recording Company in Valparaiso Indiana.

A couple years ago he moved out to Kalispell MT and decided to join Dave. Together, their abilities create success.
